Cannot get image from Prosilica GigE GC660C?

I am attempting to interface a Prosilica GC660C to Scorpion 7.2 .

• I have found the camera driver PVGrab.dll and I know that it talks to the camera because I can set parameters in the camera.
• I get a green check mark and the camera works fine with prosilica’s viewer.
• In the Image Settings the source identifies my GC660C and I get a green check mark also.

Pressing Snapshot I get no image!

Checklist

1. Check firewall setting
2. Check that camera bandwidth is not to high
3. Try setting packet size to 1500
